Job Title: Teacher of English as a Second Language (TESOL)

Location: Elite Education, Tin Shui Wai, Hong Kong

Elite Education is seeking a highly motivated and experienced TESOL Teacher to join our team. As a leading educational institution, we strive to provide a world-class learning experience to our students, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us achieve this goal.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the needs of students at all levels of English proficiency
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters learning
• Utilise a variety of teaching methods and materials to keep classes interesting and interactive
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians on a regular basis
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience for students

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a background in Education or a related field preferred
• At least 1 year of experience teaching TESOL to secondary students or adults (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
